Daniel - was watching a tape from the Military Archives. When O'Neill walked in and said that we need to go to the medical bay for test.

Um Jack i think you should see this.

O'Neill - that's impossible.

Daniel - I guess not. there getting someone ready to send through the gate now here. I don't understand why didn't they tell use about this before the first time. I would of help the first time we went through the gate to Abodes then.

O'Neil - Dam right it would of. I mean if we knew this then the first time no one would of been lost under my command then. We would of all made it back safely to earth. I lost good men on that dam mission. We was there for weeks and it could of been years if you hadn't been with use.

Daniel - Thanks i think. But its to late for what if's I think we need to dam that the Pentagon hands over everything that is involved now here.

O'Neill - there got to be more boxes then this. I mean there has to.

Daniel - NO this is all they sent to use and all then had about this case then.

K. Something has to be done now i mean we can't just sit here and not tell Katherine about this.

O'Neill - YOu have no right to tell her she is not going to be able to come to the base and I'm not going to let you bring her here either. IN fact if you try to set one foot on the base with Katherine I'll have you shot Daniel in front of her.

Daniel - You wouldn't dare do that. Would you?

O'Neill - SF's if Jackson tries to return to this base or sets one foot on it arrest him and detain them both. In fact if he tries anything your ordered to shot on sight is that understood

SF's - Sir yes sir Colonel.

Daniel - Dam you Jack.

O'Neill - Daniel I know that you think your above the law and the protocol's on this base. But your not and never will be. In fact your the lowest on the list of command people I made sure of this. You see Hammond wanted everyone to know that your just a scientist and nothing more so you don't have any kind of command authority at al ever on the base unless me or Carter or Teal'c is with you. It's a safety reason so you don't try anything on use or try to contact the President either.

Also in space is some new defense that we found but never told you about because we new you want to look at them further. These new weapons are three full fleets under my command of Tarui-Asgard ships a long with new Tok'ra and Tollan defenses to.

Daniel - What are you talking about new defense in Orbit around Earth. I never heard of anything like this. Why wasn't i told about this every.

O'Neill - Reason you wasn't told is because after the last time you tried to pull something. I was decided that you not be told anything again for the safety of this base and Earth. As well the safety of the Tollan, Tok'ra and the Asgard to.

You see the Asgard trust me and only me here. The Tok'ra trust Carter and me. But the Tollan Trust me Teal'c and Carter. So I'm not going to let you or any one bring a civilian that is not a loud on this base ever.

Watching Daniel leave the briefing room then head to the garage getting in his car.

The gate Sf's called to let O'Neill that he left the base.

O'Neill ordered the base locked down and all security on full alert now. Then opening up a channel to the three fleet's in orbit telling them to be on full alert. As well telling them that they had the full authority to open fire on any vessels entering earth orbit or the space around them.

Stargate Command this is the USAS Odyssey do you read.

Odyssey - this is Colonel O'Neill what's your states over.

Command - Odyssey we have two unidentified vessels entering in to range now. All efforts to try and contact them have fail now.

Odyssey - O'Neill what are they doing now.

There just sitting there in front of use. All are readings say there weapons and shields are down not up. What do you want use to do Command.

Hold tight and keep your weapons on them and your shields up.

Colonel O'Neill left the gate room and headed to the briefing room where the Carter. Teal'c and Hammond were waiting for him.

Hammond - So Colonel what is going on you called all of use here for a reason and we like to know why.

O'Neill - to be frank. After Daniel saw the tape from the pentagon about Katherine husband going through the gate he wanted to tell her. I told him that he couldn't do this with out being k. By Me, Carter, or Teal'c. Then he flipped out over this saying she had the right to. Well he got madder when i told him about the new defense in orbit around Earth and that the Tok'ra, Tollan, Asgard wouldn't help him either. He asking why and i told them after everything they trust me more the Tok'ra trust Carter and me and the Tollan trust Teal'c for saving them.

To be frank i told him if he tried to bring Katherine on this bae with out ok from me or anyone that he be shot on sight or they both be arrested. This he didn't like and left the base to tell her. So after that i ordered the base on lock down and the three fleets on full alert now. Well soon after two unidentified vessels entered the earths orbit now and stopped nothing more.

The odyssey says there weapons and shields of the two vessels are down. I orders the fleet to move around the Earth and raise shields as well to power weapons then hold there position.

Stargate Command - come in this is Odyssey to you read.

Odyssey - This is O'Neill Hear. Security Take me Carter to my office and keep her there unlock down until i send for her understood. Odyssey what's the vessels states?

Well there still in front of use not moved. How ever two more have shown up told of four ships now. Its like someone contacted them for help. Sir i need to get back to you there powering weapons.

Odyssey - This is Hammond if the open fire on you. You have orders to return fire and take them out understood.

Yes Command.

Colonel - its the SF's at the gate there saying Daniel is back and dam's to be let in. or hell tell the four ships to open fire.

SF's this is O'Neill i want you to shot him in the knee in front of her.

Yes sir. You heard the Colonel open fire.

The Sf's said don't move Daniel.

Daniel - Dam you O'Neill then said open fore on the fleets.

Command- This is Odyssey do you read over.

YEs we read they just open fired on use your Orders.

Odyssey this is Colonel O'Neill. Your orders are to take the four ships out leave no trace of this as a sign to what the Tarui-Asgard fleets are made of. But first open a channel to the four shops so i can talk to them and tell them to either leave or be destroyed now.

Sf's this O'Neill give your radio to Daniel so he can hear this as well.

Daniel - I thought you should hear this for your self now. Ships in orbit now here your choices are to either leave or be destroyed and do not think that I wont do just that. YOU have four minutes to decided to leave or be destroyed.

O'Neill - you see Daniel that Earth and it's Allies are not going to be stopped by you or anyone else ever.

Daniel - Your insane you know this. I mean your willing to have use be like the Goa'uld now.

O'Neill - if this gets use the respect we deserve so much from those other races then so be it.

Command - This is Odyssey one of the ships is starting to move toward use your Orders.

Odyssey - this is O'Neill open fire take the ship out destroy it now that is your orders.

Understood. What about the other three.

Destroy the overs as well to.

Now Daniel what was it i told you would happen if you came back to the SGC here again you be what oh that's right shot in front of Katherine and you was. Now Katherine your choice is to understand what is going on here and leave peacefully or to be detained and jailed.

Katherine - But what about my husband. Daniel told me about I'd like to see him.

O'Neill he is on another planet and as far as I'm concerned. I'm not going to waist SGC personal to fine this person for any reason.

Daniel - I see you meant it when you told me what the fleets were able to do and that you would have me shot in front of her. You have changed and not for the good here.

O'Neill - I have change and yes for the good i see that we the Tarui are not going to sit by and do nothing . Why other races have the advanced over use. In fact the Asgard were the first to come around and give use what we wanted in weapons and other stuff. Then when the Tok'ra and Tollan found out they agreed as well to give use what we needed to. You see the Pentagon agrees with me now on everything. In fact there are five new Tarui-Asgard fleets now in milky way galaxy that report straight to my command here at the SGC and as for Carter. I don't know what she thinks. she is in lock down in my new office. Teal'c thinks this is a great idea because we can now stop the Goa'uld for good.

Teal'c - O'Neill - I see what you have become and i think its good. As for Carter she'll understand. But i don't think that Daniel will, which means something will have to be done about him.

Hammond - I agree on this. I mean after what he saw. He can't be a loud to live or tell anyone either.

Carter - Jack let me out of here. What is going on out there i want to know please someone tell me.

O'Neill could hear her crying. he knew he would have to tell her what has happen to him now for so many reasons that he doesn't want to. But has to now.

Telling the Sf's to let her come out. He stand in front of the door waiting.

When Carter comes out she is still crying and has tears running down her face. Looking at O'Neill. She says what happen to you i mean when we met you was ready to kill your self to because you lost your son. Bu t now your even more different the before.

O'Neill - The Pentagon, Hammond and all of the military personal think i did the right thing. Carter I'm in command of the new Tarui-Asgard fleets which now is twelve fleets under my command while I'm here at the SGC. The Russian, British, French, and China as well as any nation that wants to see what happen in space will never under estimate the United states of America again ever.

Carter - I understand what you did but you could of told me why. I would of stood by you no matter what happen here. In fact i still will your a different person then before but to me your the same man that ask me to marry you and before and noting has changed.

He looked at her then said I'm sorry i should of told you. It's your pregnant and i wanted to protect you from seeing all this now. I didn't want you to be upset because i didn't think you would understand.

Carter - You was wrong i understand more then you think. Your trying to protect me and the earth all at the same time and doing so some times has you make terrible decision now and again. But what is a good leader or commander if not able to do just that.

Dam it, Jack if you think i would hate you for this then your wrong it makes me want to be with you more then ever now. Not because of this, but because of the reason that i married you for.
