Starfire/Firestar: Team Firestarfire

Starfire soared high above the skyscrapers of Manhattan, heading full speed towards the mysterious blizzard that had enveloped a city block. Kori had been spending the last couple of days focusing on her work with the Titans -- MJ was in Los Angeles, filming a small role in a movie, and Kori seriously missed her girlfriend -- when the emergency call came through.

Just outside the blizzard, Kori ran across Gwen, perched on a rooftop. "Kori! Am I ever glad to see you. As you can see, I could kinda use your help."

"That much is obvious," Kori nodded, looking over at the swirling white cloud that seemed to be moving through the street.

"I'm not sure what's causing it, but it's cold as hell," Gwen said, her teeth chattering slightly. "My friend went in there to check it out, and I haven't been able to get in contact with her. I'd go check it out, but I'd prefer not to be frozen solid, y'know?"

"Understood. I'll find out what's going on, Kori offered.

"Thanks. I really appreciate this, Kori," Gwen said, looking relieved. "I'm sure more backup'll be here soon, but the sooner we can find my friend, the better. I'd hate to think she could be in trouble..."

"Don't worry, I'll find her," Kori promised confidently.

"I'm counting on you," Gwen nodded as Kori flew into the heart of the storm. "And if it turns out Princess Elsa is causing this blizzard, try to get me an autograph, OK?"
