Star vs the Forces of Evil

It's true that you apparently have a lot resources, a lot of which you likely still don't know much about. But if your going to be stuck with this unwanted role it might be wise to bring someone with magical power.

1. Mina Loveberry - The last of the original Solarian super-warrior, she would certainly be a excellent choice to recruit. She brings not only raw magical power especially in her augumented form, but also the kind of fighting experience that only war can give.

Though she is quite unstable to say the least, but that could be both a problem and a boon at the same time. As her crazed mind and her hatred of anything she views as monsters could help convince her to join you.

Another options is showing her the events of the finale of Star vs the Forces of Evil, and how it seemed like the spirit of Solaria forsake her, which could really shake her faith and worldview to say the least.

1. Queen Moon - A proud noble Queen of Mewni would be a good choice for adding magical knowledge and power onto your side. Plus she also has experience in leading and running a kingdom, most likely single handedly since you doubt her husband River was any help there.

Plus you also know the perfect time to recruit her right after she leaves the Realm of Magic without her memories. Than you could have Cori revive all her memories and knowledge involving magical knowledge, leadership, combat, etc. While leaving her personal memories repressed or erased. Than you could subtle mold and manipulate Moon into the kinda of person you'd want her to be.

Though another option is going a step farther and actually installing false memories into her, which would involved her being your loyal follower and lover.

1. Young Moon Butterfly - Though another option is actually recruiting Moon when she's a teenager who just got the throne. Where you could offer all your newfound resources to help deal with Toffee.

Actually young Moon beyond just a good hench, also serve as a good start to conquering as well. Where maybe with a bit of subtle help from Cori making Moon more open minded and/or hormonal for a bit, and showing her the future in Star vs the Forces of Evil.

Perhaps you could convince her that not only River is the worst choice for husband, but that the MHC are traitors that need to be dealt with. While also maybe convincing her of the chance she could have if she joined you, and became not just your hench but wife as well.

1. Star Butterfly - Star Butterfly would be a good choice with her wild nature and love for adventure. Perhaps maybe recruiting at the start of the series and convince her that her parents were going to send her to St. Olga's for what happen after she got her wand.

2. Monster Star Butterfly - Hmm why not try branching off a bit here from Star vs canon, with one of the popular fan AU versions of Star Butterfly. Where she's the half monster daughter of Moon and Toffee.
