Staffing Change
As President of the Board, Rachel appointed the remaining four member. All of whom were feminists of the highest degree. If the Board wanted to make any changes, they still needed some allies in the school administration to make sure their changes are getting implemented.
They called in the current principal, a 50 year old no nonsense man named Dr. Thomas White, who had run the school for 15 years now with an iron fist.
“We are going to take the school in a different direction, Doctor. I hope you understand. We would like to keep you on as secretary though.”
“This is outrageous and a complete slap in the face to me! Do you think you’re being funny? I’m done with this school!” he screamed and stormed out.
New Rule: The only job Dr. Thomas White can get is a secretarial position at Gordon Academy.
”He will have **** but to come crawling back before too long,” Rachel thought with relish.
Rachel then called in Dr. White’s former secretary and made her the new principal.
