Stacy is encased

Simon and Allison, having stepped back, saw their fellow student was completely engulfed in green, leaving a struggling silhouette of the girl as part of the overgrown wall now. They heard muffled sounds, Stacy cries and screams, but they knew if they tried to save her now, it would come at a great cost to them. The green 'wall' holding Stacy seemed to tighten, reducing her movements with each second, almost bringing her to stillness.

Allison made eye contact with Simon and with a sense of command began to speak. "Do you have knives back at the kitchen? We're going to need them." Allison's plan was simple, they were going to carve their way through the vines and moss to free Stacy.

Simon nodded, remembered the bread knives, seeing the possible advantages of the serrated blades against the tough, thick greenery that they might be fighting. He bolted his way to his work place to gather anything and everything sharp

While Simon was busy with that, Allison began looking for weak points on the vines, somewhere where cutting would do the most damage. Now it just looked like Stacy was just a still lump on the wall. "It's okay Stacy, when Simon comes back, we'll cut you out of there. Just hold on!"
