Spot a pink-haired elf.

You all arrive at the Adventurer's Guild. It's not all that bustling this morning compared to last time you were here, but perhaps that just means an easier time finding a simple but rewarding quest! You step on over and start looking over the papers to see if there's any new ones, or perhaps ones that you didn't spot the day prior. You look to Niki as you search, and she's staring directly at the red dragon posting again. You give her a disapproving glare, and she frowns.

"What about this one, Mr. Warren?" Amara says.

You look over to see the following:

Undead Menace

"The catacomb was thought to be emptied last year," you read. "But a new section was discovered by explorers, and they've spotted numerous skeletons and more deeper within."

"I have holy magic that makes short work of the undead," Amara explains. "It gives us a natural advantage. You can leave it to me."

"Do you have the mana for that? I don't know if the rest of us have anything effective."

"Oh yes. I can cast many spells if you will allow me." She tries her best not to look excited, but fails miserably. "It will take a lot of power, but I think my body can handle it," she mutters.

"And how many undead can you slay before you're on the ground twitching?"

She blushes. "H-How crude of you to say." But then, a smile starts to curl on the side of her lips. "And I will have to keep healing you all as well, so I will need to cast even more."

"Please can you guys find a quest that you don't pick for entirely selfish reasons? We just need money right now, so we don't die."

As you squabble, the attention of the other patrons turns to the door as a figure steps inside. There's power to her presence, even to her stroll. She moves with grace, but with strength, and nobility. It's an elven woman with long pink hair and matching-coloured eyes. She has fair skin and is stunningly beautiful. Her body is covered by decorated silver platemail that's cut to fit the curves of her body. Though she doesn't have the cleavage of Eva, her breastplate is low enough for just enough to be visible, and her thighs are exposed as well. It's all very elven in design, to what sort of things you've seen in many JRPGs.

Over her back, she has a beautiful curved sword with strange writing inscribed down the blade, and behind her are what look like two armoured knights with swords and shields. Clearly, she's important for one reason or another, because her mere entry catches the attention of everyone in the room.

She stands with a dignified expression and scopes out the area.

Niki looks over. "I didn't expect to see her today."

"Who's that?" you whisper.

"That's Lady Nyllia Tesgella. Word on the street is that she's a paladin somewhere near level 10. She leads all sorts of adventures, sometimes with just a few, other times with a giant group. Real hero when it comes to the Adventurer's Guild."

"She is quite impressive," Amara mutters under her breath.

You listen in from across the room, curious as to why she's here, and if it's for more than just grabbing a quest from behind you. If that is why she's here, however, you at least will get the chance to see such a beauty up close.

"Hardly anyone here right now," one of the knights says. "Should we come back later, or do you wish to stick around, Lady Tesgella?"

"I would like to take care of this as quickly as possible," the paladin replies. She then looks straight at your party.

People watch as she and her men step metal boots down across the center of the room and towards the quest board where you stand. However, she doesn't seem to be here for them. They stop, and she looks between each of you, one by one, before locking eyes on Niki.

"Greetings, sunheart. Are you the leader of your party?"

Niki laughs it off. "Not quite. The scrawnier one is, Kyle. That's him over there."

She turns her gaze to you, and it's admittedly intimidating. She steps over and approaches you instead.

"I was right to assume you are a party, correct?" Lady Tesgella asks.

"Yes, ma'am. We were just looking for a new quest to do today. Probably something at least rated five... You know, to make it worth our time," you respond.

She smiles. "Of course. Well, how would you like to join us then?"

One of her men speaks up. "Lady Tesgella. With all respect, they look pretty new, and I'm pretty sure I've heard that bunnyfolk is a bit of a..." He clears his throat.

Eva turns pink.

The other knight adds to that. "Yes, and I heard the other elf's casting is defective. It could be dangerous. Rumour say she went on a quest with some people a couple weeks ago, and her spells left her winded on the ground, red as a tomato. Must have hurt herself."

Amara turns pink.

Lady Tesgella raises a hand. "No more. I have made my decision. Now, you must make yours, party leader. Will you hear me out?"

You look over at your party. Niki seems happy she wasn't called out, but the others look embarrassed. It does make sense why none of them could find a party until this one. You really got the stragglers. However, with this famous paladin in your party, you might be able to take on a quest with a massive reward and get a share despite being completely carried! Your gaze returns to the woman and you nod.

"Let's do it. What's the quest?"
