Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider

It happened on the day that Peter Parker went on a field trip at Oscorp Industries with his class. When he wasn't looking, a radioactive spider that escaped from its containment somehow made it to one of his hands and bit him!

Feeling stingy at his hand, he flicked his hand a few times, resulting in the spider to fell on Gwen's neck instead. And of course, it bit her too.

After he returned home, he started to not feel well when he was having dinner. As a result, he fell asleep as soon as he returned to hims room. The same thing also happened to Gwen as well.

Next day, he woke up with six packs and he no longer needed his glasses to help him see. As for Gwen, she woke up and found that she can see well without her glasses and that she can climb on the walls easily like a spider!

But this is where the similarities of their origins ended because both of them chose the different paths to walk on. At least, for now.

Being a daughter of the police captain, Gwen decided to use her powers to become a vigilante known as Ghost-Spider to help her father in dealing with criminals in secret. Peter, on the other hand, just wanted to use his powers to make money for himself.

And due to Gwen apprehended the burglar that Peter allowed to leave, he never takes Uncle Ben's words of "With Great Power comes Great Responsibility" to his heart. For the time being, of course.
