Species Envy/Species Obsession

It just wasn't fair; you lived in a world full of amazing unique sapient/intelligent creatures and you were born.... as just a boring useless human.

Your species didn't have any cool or unique abilities or skills. Dog men had super hearing and smelling, Cat men could jump super high, Dragon men could breathe fire and even fly, hell even the species that were the most similar to yours (The anthro apes and monkeys) had increased muscle mass and the ability to climb objects easier. It was as if everyone else was born with superpowers and you and the other humans were left with nothing.

One day you finally snapped, you no longer wanted to feel like an outsider looking in or feel like an unfinished character in a video game. You were going to be reborn as one of these magnificent creatures or die trying, the only question was who should you target to be your new parent/parents?
