Sparring with Supergirl

After hearing a number of stories about how her cousin struggled in fights whenever he lost his powers, Supergirl decided that she needed to prepare in case she ever found herself in a similar situation. Unfortunately, Wonder Woman and Powergirl were busy so her only option left was Batgirl. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but lately she’s been incredibly full of herself for some unknown reason. But with no other options available she chose to just ask her and hope for the best. So they went to one of the training rooms in the watchtower with red sun lamps and got ready to fight.

“You sure you want to do this Kara? I doubt you’d even land a punch, let alone actually hurt me,” Barbra taunted. “I mean let’s face it, without your powers you’re pretty much useless.”

“Just shut up,” Kara responded.

“Don’t be such a baby, you know I’m right.” “Don’t worry though, I’ll try not to hurt you too bad.”

“I said shut it bitch.”

“Maybe I’ll fight without using my hands just to make it more fair.”

Kara tried not to let her words get to her too much but she couldn’t help feeling nervous. As annoying as she may be right now, she was still Batgirl. She was personally trained by Batman himself in various fighting styles. Honestly she doesn’t expect to win but she hopes she can at least wipe that smirk off her face. They then met in the middle of the ring to start their fight, neither one of them expecting what would happen next.
