Three men sat around a table reading datapads on possible candidates for the First Human SPECTRE.

Ambassador Donnel Udina made a suggestion for one possibility. "Well, what about Shepard?" He asked, reading the brief history of the woman. "Lived aboard starships most of her life. Born to two mothers, Captain Hannah Shepard and Doctor Allison Shepard, but no mention of who her father is." He noted the oddness of it. While children born to same-sex couples wasn't unusual or frowned upon, they typically noted who the doner or surrogate was.

Captain David Anderson shook his head with a chuckle. "She doesn't have one. Well, she does but no one knows who he is. Not even her mothers." He revealed with a smirk as he remembers the family. "She was born and conceived aboard the Killamangaro. Any one on that ship could've been the father."

Admiral Steven Hackett snorted. "Pretty sure the entire Alliance Brass was on board at some point around then. I know we were." He said and shared a smirk with Anderson.

Udina blushed at the implication. While he wasn't a prude, he was a bit more conservative than most politicians were these days. He cleared his throat as Anderson spoke. "Followed in her mothers' footsteps when she turned 18, in more ways than one, and joined up." He said fondly as he thought of his XO, who always woke him up in his cabin every morning with a blowjob.

"More than proved herself during the Blitz." Hackett continued. "Held off enemy forces on the ground until reinforcements could arrive." He almost laughed out loud when Udina blushed as he read the report of exactly how she did that.

She'd walked up to the enemy camp, wearing nothing but a tank top and a thong with only a pistol in hand, and let mercenaries of multiple races fuck her senseless for hours, distracting them from further attacks, completely ignoring their Bosses telling them to get back to work. When reinforcements did arrive, a squad of female troops found Shepard amid dozens of alien studs and quickly joined in.

Anderson nodded proudly, remembering her getting told off by her mother's for not inviting them to play. "She's the only reason why Elysium is still standing." And why it was now considered the No. 1 destination for aliens who want to fuck some easy Alliance Whores. Was left unsaid but heard.

Udina sighed in resignation. "We can't question her courage, or her... Dedication, but is she really the sort of person we want protecting the galaxy." He questioned but resigned to what came next.

Both Anderson and Hackett nodded, neither man hiding their **** interest. Anderson responded. "Humanity needs a hero. And Shepard is the best we've got." He insisted.

Hackett smirked and shrugged. "Plus you can't say doesn't do wonders for morale and diplomacy."

Udina nodded, almost resigned to his fate. "I'll make the call."
