Sound Asleep

As soon as Carter's head hit the pillow he was fast asleep. Usually Carter would spend some time on his phone, look at Instagram, maybe find some porn and masturbate before bed. But so far on both nights it wasn't taking long for Carter to drift into dreamworld.

That night, Carter found himself deep in the red wood forest of Northern California. He couldn't help but find himself staring in astonishment at the mighty length of the trees. As Carter made his way through the forest he found a large tree seemingly standing by itself.

As he approached the tree, he reached out and placed his hand on the hard trunk of the tree. After a few minutes had passed, he reached into his pocket and using a key carved a heart into the tree. Inside the heart, he carved the name Chloe and again felt a similar sense of relief. Before turning around and walking away.

After taking a few steps he turned back around to look at the tree one final time. He found himself walking back towards the tree and felt himself drawn to the heart....for some reason he found himself kissing her name and he felt warm inside.
