Sorcerer

It's one of the ironies of magic that the Draconians, the race that looks the most like dragons and even bears their name, are also the race with the fewest number of dragon-blooded sorcerers.

There are many reasons put forth as to why this is the case - the dragons don't like those who take their images, gods and demons had far easier access to the Draconians for centuries, and so on. The most likely reason is that while gods, powerful demons and so on can simply temporarily lift the curse on the draconians, breed with the partner of their choice, and move on, dragons would need to wait their turn for the mating days. Dragons are, of course, not the sorts to wait patiently for their turn, especially when sex is involved.

But again, I digress. This is a tale of specific adventures, not general lore, and therefore we must determine whose specific adventure it is.
