Sophie Hawke

" Sophia Hawke." Schwartz announces your partner's name. You look around and see a petite girl with braided auburn hair and honey colored eyes walking towards you. She's dressed in a Cerberus shirt and black leggings. She politely introduces herself as a first year student. The two of you strap on your pads and you lament the lack of any protection for your groin.

"So you're the boy with the 108 score right?" She asks you.

"Yeah that's me." You reply. You barely pay her any mind as you look over to Parisa who is giggling along with her partner. Their banter makes you feel uneasy.

" That's really impressive. Everyone in my family scored in the mid to high 80's but I only got a 63." She says.

" Are scores really that important?" You ask her.

Her eyes widen in surprise. "Of course, especially in my family." She looks over to a group of Phoenix students with a pained look on her face. " The Hawkes have always been a proud Noble line of Cerberus students. It would bring my family shame if I lack so far behind the Ashcroft girl during my time here."

You help her tighten the straps on her gear as she stretches provocatively near you. You look to the sky trying not to ogle her alluring rear. However as she stretches, she backs her arse into your crotch. You look down to find her looking back at you, a sly smile across her face, she rubs herself against you, playfully teasing your hardening member. You place a hand on her soft arse and gently caress her. She quickly shuffles away from you when Schwartz walks over to explain the first exercise.

For the first exercise you and your partner simply stand at the center of rings drawn onto the grass field, using bursts of air to push each other out of the ring. You easily overpower Sophie. A series of similar exercises continue, using simple spells to ring out your opponent. Finally at the end of a six hour session, students are separated into two groups. The larger group of students are told they are not ready to join the club and are encouraged to tryout again next season. The smaller group, including you, Sophie, Parisa and her partner are welcomed to the club and told you must be ready for practice before class, twice a week. You walk Sophie back to the dorm before hitting the shower. Afterward, you collapse exhausted onto your bed, your legs feel heavy and your arms and torso are still in pain from a few rough tumbles you took during tryouts. As you drift into slumber, there's a knock at your door. You open it but find no one there. You turn back toward your bed and witness Harmony materialize out of the air as she pulls the hood of her transparency cloak off over her head.
