Somewhere Strange

Murky... that's the best way to describe it. Your mind is murky. Hard to focus on any one thing, exhausted, a throbbing pain on your scalp, and just completely murky.

A bitter and freezing sensation falls around you. Gripping you tightly and sucking the air from your lungs. You wake up with a start and look around. The lights are bright, blindingly bright. You see the cabbie lean in towards your face a smirk.

"Hi, John. Surprised? I know all about your little predicament. The bitch who did you in, she likes to call me when you little things get turned. Put me on the hunt. Here you went and called me!"

What? What the fuck? He can't be serious. You try to sit up only to realize your strapped down to a table. You're on your front, looking him in the eyes as he crouched down to speak to you. He smirks again and runs his hand down your soaking wet back. You realize you can feel his hand run down the length of your body. Shit, you're naked!

"Let me go! I don't know what you're fucking talking about!"

"Oh really? Then why do I have Johns wallet? It was in your shorts. It matches the person I was told got turned. What makes you think you can lie to me, bitch?"

Your face turns bright red and you see his eyes bore into yours. You can't help it and you look away, a sure sign of defeat.
