I decided to wait in the still unnamed girl’s room until she finally woke up. She scratched her head, looking around confused.

“Oh hey, it’s you,” she said, yawning. “What happened?” I merely pointed to the vomit left on the floor and the bloodstain on the bedside table. “Oh not again.”

“Again!? How often does this happen!?” I said incredulously.

“This is only the third time,” she laughed. “Thanks for the help, uh...”

“Flynn, Novice Adventurer,” I replied.

“Flynn. I’m Lucille. I’m a level 4 Paladin,” she said. “You wouldn’t happen to need a tank in your party, would you? I’m kinda between parties at the moment.”

“That’d actually be great. It’s just me and a mage at the moment, to be honest,” I said, hyped at the opportunity to have another hot girl in the party, even if she had a dangerous drinking habit. Actually, she was flirting with me earlier, so, BECAUSE of the drinking habit.

“Thank you so much!” Lucille said. “My last party kicked me out for spending my share on booze.”

“I don’t see any issue with you spending your share on whatever you want. It’s your money. Just try not to need any more medical attention, I’m not exactly a doctor,” I said nervously.

“I’ll just see a healer in the morning. Thanks for the first aid though.” she smiled.

“Meet us at the guild when you’re done, we can find a request then. I’m gonna go get some sleep, you should rest as well,” I said.

“Alright, good night,” she said, following me to the door and locking it after me. I headed into my room, locking the door behind me and lying down on the bed.

What a day. My first day in this new world and I already got two hot girls in my party. The guild clerk was pretty hot as well. Even if my eyebrows are in more danger, and I’ve dealt with more vomit in one day than my entire lifetime, my life in this world feels like a direct upgrade from my old life.
