Some options to consider

You could stay in Erthainya for a while and see what turns up; there's bound to be some more quests, and some more sex to be had, for a rugged knight such as yourself. Or you could just try lounging about a bit; you've done some work already and got some money, so you could just relax and take some time out.

Or perhaps you could wander up towards the mountains, and try to find that lost city that people are always going on about, Arok Carr; you tried looking before and failed, but perhaps you'll have more success this time. There's said to be a great treasure there, but nobody's managed to visit the city in over two hundred years now, so it might be a very dangerous quest indeed.

And then there's also the island of Marssa off to the east- you could take a trip down to the coast and then cross over the ocean. Marssa is ruled by a powerful sorcerer, though a benevolent one, and where there's sorcery there's quests, and where there's quests there's... well, it's fairly obvious by now.
