Sofia's turn

"I take it you've read your contract then?" You say to Sofia, snapping her out of staring at Diane as she exits your office.

"I have. I was hoping I could talk to you about some of these conditions." She says in a very business-like fashion, holding a copy of the contract in her hands.

"I'm afraid the terms are very clear Sofia and I won't be amenable to changing them." You respond.

"But I just..." She starts.

"No, but nothing. You made a deal. You signed a contract. And now, it's time to come through. I've come through on both parts on my end, both by not informing your husband about your infidelity and by organising the event on Friday evening which almost certainly resulted in your impregnation." You say.

"I understand that, but some of these terms... they're a little **** don't you think. Not to mention, how am I supposed to get any of my actual work done if I'm getting fucked 24/7." She says.

"Don't worry, you'll get used to all those things soon enough, just like Diane did. As for your usual HR work, we're already looking to hire someone to take over the majority of your workload as we speak, allowing you to spend the majority of your time performing your new role. Of course, when you do have some down time I'm sure you can help out your old team in HR. We have a new project that I think you'd be very well suited to. Now enough talk, it's time for your first inspection." You say.

Sofia looks at you with a frustrated face. Just when you think you're about to see her usual fiery side however, she suddenly looks overcome with defeat and submits to your instruction, stepping close to you for examination.
