Social class is a bit different in this world. Makes sense, given that society is also different. The teacher started explaining the differences between various countries regarding freeuse laws. I live in what I like to call, vanilla freeuse. Women become freeuse by choice, they have mostly the same rights as a regular woman, they can chose to loose the freeuse status at any moment. On the other end of the scale is **** use. Women in countries that still use the slavery system have it rougher. Until getting married, they are the legaly dependent on their parents, who may chose to downgrade them to slaves at any time. Once a woman becomes a ****, she can be bought or sold with no legal repercussion. Depending on the local beliefs, they could be treated as nothing more than pieces of meat.

"What is important to understand is that this system is not affected by the nation you reside in, but by your nationality. To elaborate, I have arranged a little demonstration..."

As the teacher said that, someone entered the room. I recognized her as a classmate of mine, Tina. She came in wearing only a black skirt and... a **** collar?

"As you know, your classmate Tina was, up to yesterday, a legal citizen of this country with no active freeuse forms. However, her family hails from a **** country. The school got in contact with her family, who agreed to enslave her and loan her to us for this demonstration. For the duration of the day, she is not human, but school equipment."

That's.... rough. One moment you are going about your day like normal, the other you are nothing more than an object. What an object though. I hadn't really paid attention to her before, but now that I see her like this... I wouldn't lie, I have half a mind to ask if we are allowed to use her.
