So near and yet so far

Meanwhile Tephas is incredibly hungry and would even be willing to mess with the moose. (S)he takes a few steps towards him. It is clearly too warm and (s)he starts to sweat.

"sorry my friend. But I need food."

The heat becomes unbearable.

(S)he stretches out her arm and wants to slowly approach the moose without scaring it. but the warm wind is blowing in her back and it is getting more and more difficult to walk straight ahead. Her vision becomes blurred and (s)he sees the surroundings turn as she falls over and slowly faints by dehydration.

"Water" is the last thing she says quietly before everything goes black.
