Your curiosity was getting the better of you. You didn’t suspect Vijay of cheating on you, how could you when he barely had the nerve to try and sleep with you? But still you felt like you were missing something, something important. Waiting till your husband left for work at your father’s company you crept into your bedroom and opened up his laptop.

You were thankful to see that he had not setup a password and you were able to login without any difficulty. Not knowing where to look first, you figured that his internet history would be the best place to start. Opening to the default browser, you decided to navigate to his WhatsApp. After the auto-login you quickly scanned through his messages and found nothing of interest. All the messages were to his family back home or his friends. No insights whatsoever as to what might be bothering him if anything.

You checked through the browser history and again nothing unusual. Almost giving up you decided to quickly check his email and if you found nothing, then maybe you were just working yourself up for nothing. Logging on you checked his inbox for anything unusual.

At first you didn’t notice anything strange, but as you looked closer something caught your eye. Messages. Messages to people you didn’t recognize. All men. You had been looking for female names, but the frequency of these messages to all these men struck you as odd. Why was he messaging men? He wasn’t gay was he?

You opened a message at random hoping for the worst. Starting from the top of the email chain you ran through all the possible scenarios that could have jumped out at you, but nothing prepared you for what you were about to find.
