Sneaks past barrier...at a price

After making sure that she was alone, Peggy slipped out of her car and ducked low to the ground arms crossed over her chest. She hurried quickly to the end of the street, were another tall barrier stood in her path. Fortunately for the Brit, she was agile, and it was unguarded.

Peggy pulled herself up on top of the concrete barrier, and deftly slipped through the small gap below the chain-link fence. It was a short drop to the ground, and Peggy landed painfully on her chest. As she was recovering, she was alarmed to feel a light breeze around her waist. Looking down, the brunette had to clap her hands to her mouth to stop herself from screaming out.

Were before she had been wearing panties, stockings and shoes, now she wore nothing! Casting about frantically, Peggy saw her remaining garments trapped on the fence, unreachable or torn beyond use. Heart hammering in her chest and starting to shiver, she threw one arm across her chest and the other between her legs.
