Sneak up on the intruder

You manage to successfully creep up behind the intruder undetected. Gripping your bat in both hands, you swing hard and hit the intruder in the back of the head. They stumble forward from the impact, but surprisingly don't fall. Glancing over their shoulder, they see you glaring at them, bat in hand and decide to bolt towards the front door.

The intruder wobbles slightly as they try to flee. They are wearing a mask and gloves; your security cameras won't be able to identify them, and cops won't be able to dust for fingerprints. If they manage to escape, they could get away scot-free. No way are you letting that happen!

You are pretty athletic and the intruder is injured, probably concussed; you should have no problem stopping them. Dropping your bat, you give chase. You quickly catch up and dive, trying to tackle the intruder. You end up grabbing their pants and underwear, pulling them down to their ankles as you fall to the ground. The intruder trips and crashes to the floor.
