You head downstairs looking for your brother, eventually finding him sitting on the couch playing videogames.

You sneak up behind him until he is within arm's reach, then you sneakily snake your hand down to his crotch, your fingers enveloping his balls through his pants.

Before he has time to react, you clamp down viciously on his balls with a mischievous smirk.

As your fingers close around his sack like a vice he lets out a scream loud enough to be heard throughout the entire house. Thankfully you two are home alone.
