Small changes take place

Denise got home and did a few things to make the day go by quicker until it was finally evening. She had to admit that nothing felt different and she wondered if Nicole had given her a placebo pill just to test her. Nicole retracted that thought quickly when she realized that she was now $200 richer so there was no way that these pills were fake. She wondered if her body was just taking time to adjust but her stomach rumbling indicated that it was time for dinner. As a college student her choices were slim-pickings between a turkey sandwich, PB&J or if she was feeling fancy cup noodle ramen. She decided she deserved some ramen considering the payment from today would allow her to get some actual ramen bowls.

She started to boil some water in a kettle and decided to take the next pill while she was waiting. She decided to take this with some water as it proved to be even easier going down. She chugged her water and waited for some miraculous change to occur. A few minutes passed and she heard the kettle whistling so she turned off the burner. She popped open the lid and dumped the hot water and packet of flavoring into the ramen. She grabbed some chopsticks since she always felt fancy rather than just using a fork and swirled it around to blend it better. She let it sit for a minute and finally she was able to grab some noodles.

After blowing on it a few times, she put it in her mouth and swallowed it down. Denise thought: (Ramen truly is amazing and always hits the right spot.) She took a few more bites and suddenly was feeling warm. Denise laughed it off but another bite of noodles made her conscious that she was needing to adjust her temperature. She looked down at her shirt and thought to take it off since her apartment was cool thanks to the A/C. She looked around as if she was in a crowded restaurant or public place as she grabbed the bottom of her shirt and took it off leaving just her bra on top with jeans and panties on the bottom.

She continued to eat a few more bites, but she was still uncomfortably warm. She stood up from the table and undid the button as well as the zipper of her jeans. She once again looked around as she was expecting some random person to be watching her strip down to her underwear. She slid the material down her legs and pulled them off rather quickly. She discarded it next the shirt she had been wearing moments prior. She continued to eat her ramen and felt much cooler thanks to losing the articles of clothing that seemed to be the culprit.

She finished drinking the rest of the broth and had to admit that sitting around the apartment in her underwear felt really nice. She had always been someone that was never in her undergarments for too long of a period unless she was undressing for a shower or changing outfits. She went up and washed her chopsticks and threw away her trash as she enjoyed the freedom of just being in her underwear for the first time. She grabbed her phone and sent Nicole a message:

Quick update:

I took the second pill and had dinner. I know this will sound really weird, but I ate dinner in just my underwear. I don’t ever stay in just my underwear FYI. I’ll let you know if anything changes in the morning.

Denise sent out the text and she received a thumbs up and a nerdy smiley face emoji from Nicole. It made Denise laugh as she grabbed her pile of clothes and put them in the laundry basket. She decided just to watch some tv as she was now full and ready to kill some more time. During her shows, she was feeling the warmth return but she was able to distract herself very well with getting lost in binging her favorite romance series. After about four episodes, she check her phone to see it was almost 10pm and decided it was time to hit the hay. She would shower in the morning as she didn’t do anything all day anyways.

She got to her room and started to grab some pjs. She quickly put them on and the heat was returning once again so she figured she would sleep in her panties just for tonight. She got herself comfy and she had to admit it felt nice and freeing. She was nodding off as she felt the comfort and exhaustion hit her all at once.
