Slow but completed

Ethan took the time to read through the documentation as Susan handed him paper after paper.

Yor and Velvet were eating some breakfast sandwiches brought by Mina who started asking questions.

"So there's a Ochako and Fem Midoriya there?!" Mina asked surprised. "Damn she must be cute."

Velvet smiled, "She's very adorable when she's stuttering, but is getting better her gaining more confidence." She took a sip of her coffee.

"It's a bit dull sometimes but the company makes up for it." Yor commented.

"Well hopefully once I'm there I'll liven up the place!" Mina grinned.

"How can Ethan just take you out of here if you belong here?" Velvet asked confused.

"Because there is a way to take the characters who are about to be replaced." Ethan spoke up. "Jack didn't read the guidelines and simply replace the girls and they were taken away." Ethan finished signing another document and sighed. "Done."

Susan smiled as she took the documents and placed them in the desk. "Good, now your the official manager."

"My first real managing position... Do I have to be here all the time?" He asked Susan who shook her head.

"Not all the time, just from time to time to see how the place is running and check on the girls."

"Wait so you can take me then!" Mina squealed.

"But don't you like it here?" Ethan asked as she stopped and rubbed her arm. "Well I kinda do yeah, in the day there are kids who come and see us, I enjoy putting smiles on they're faces."

"Kids come here?" Velvet asked frowning.

"Don't worry, the place can transform into a family friendly establishment, technology is advanced enough to do that." Susan explained as she sat on the couch.

"Do the girls live here too?" Yor asked Susan.

"Yes actually, we have a small pocket dimension where the girls live when they're not on shift." Susan explained. "It also has time freezing properties, so the girls can get enough rest and go back to work fully rested and well fed."

"Wow... How are they able to afford this?" Velvet asked.

"We have multiple establishments around the world. We even have a establishment full of Ninja girls and monster girls." Susan chuckled.

"People love these kinds of places, plus they can order the girls to have they're way with them if they have enough money." Ethan shrugged.

"Oh..." Velvet's ears drooped back as it sank in.

"The girls can choose to accept or not, this isn't a brothel..." Susan sighed. "Though it's kinda a mix."

"With all this, that's why this place is so successful." Ethan continued.

"Well, I kinda enjoy it here during the day so maybe I'll just come by and take the lessons and come back." Mina rubbed her arm.

"Sure thing, I can give you some time off." Ethan grinned.

"Hmm question, how are they're tips managed?" Yor asked.

"Oh the money the girls makes are turned into credits, they can use these credits to get certain items for themselves, depends on how well they do." Susan smiled.

"Sounds pretty well thought out." Yor muttered as she adjusted her dress.

"Yeah, though the girls can't leave the area because... You know." Ethan sighed.

"Yeah..." Velvet sighed.

"Sir It's close to the day shift, you can over see the first few hours." Susan interjected.

"Oh sure." Ethan looked at the clock and sighed, "i wonder how Aoi is doing.."
