The Flying gym leader of Mistralton City and a professional pilot as well. She's as sunny as a daylit sky which probably explains her obliviousness to how much of a danger her gym designs have been to unsuspecting trainers. Clearly that carefreeness also applies to her pilot's outfit. Also great friends with the Nimbasa gym leader/fashion model, Elesa. I guess she's the storm since Elesa's the thunder.
