Skirts, dresses, sarongs, oh my!

If there was ever a time to be paranoid, well, now was it.

They had been called downtown, Jim's team, and when they arrived, the company was ablaze with the alert for all hands on deck, especially when the morning news revealed that they had somehow lost $20 Billion. Many questions arose, in particular "who the hell loses $20 Billion dollars?!?!" Second, and more importantly, "WHO lost $20 Billion?!?!?" For any company, the loss of one year's worth of revenue would sink anyone's long-term prospects but for this company, a major governmental player, it was near suicide if it leaked. Jim could see the panic and he immediately brought the four people with him up to the conference room where Gavin and Bryan had set up a war-room of sorts. After quick introductions were made, the three broke down tasks and Jim immediately launched into a bit of detective work.

Hours later, and pots of coffee drunk, the three sank in their chairs and he looked, exhaustedly, at Gavin who was alternating between trying to calm the spinning in his head and trying to get enough oxygen back into his body to make sure his body didn't shut down. Bryan looked like someone had kicked his puppy after knocking his kneecaps out. "Shit...her head's going to roll for this..."

"No kidding, there's no way you mess up the numbers like that and don't get audited." Bryan whistled and looked back at Jim. "Damn, almost wish I was on the farm with you, man."

Jim chuckled at that. "Don't be. It's good to be there but it's too quiet. I miss the action, to be honest."

After the three of them finished drafting the reports, Jim offered to take his two friends out for drinks and then dropping them off at home before heading on home himself. It was just past eleven as he got in and after looking at his wardrobe for the day, he walked into the bathroom and washed off the makeup on his face, ignoring the fact that he had forgotten in his rush to get to the main office his bag at the workplace. The last thing he did was the quiz before hopping into bed.

10.) IF YOU WERE A GIRL...WOULD YOU WEAR A SKIRT?

He thought about it and then back to Laura and Angela. The two women in his life were rather on the frumpy side of things, both didn't really wear all that feminine clothing and he often remarked that maybe a change would be nice. Those times he often found himself the target of scorn and more than once been banished to the couch for a stretch of time. He didn't really blame them, neither had the figure to pull of a skirt or dresses, built like they were, but still...at least a dress or two? Would that even be possible?

Figuring he was already in for a penny, in for a pound, Jim nodded. I would love to wear skirts, they would help show off my playful side as well as my legs and my ass, depending on what I wore. I would also wear dresses with the occasional tight jeans and yoga pants but dresses, skirts, both professional and casual.

The next morning, Jim woke up and checked his phone for any messages before he got out of bed and walked into the bathroom. As he lathered his hair up and quickly went over his morning routine, hanging up in his closet was absent his usual business suit and ties. In fact, as he came out of the bathroom with his hair wrapped up, he opened the closet and selected a a two-tone blue and white dress and after slipping on his boxer briefs, he slid into the dress and zipped it up until it was perfectly fitted on him. A few minutes spent tidying up his makeup and finishing up drying and brushing his hair, Jim managed to pick up his phone and keys before stopping at the door to slip on a matching pair of 4" heels and with one last look in the mirror, stepped out of the house.

That morning, arriving at work, he spotted James across the way from him who waved with a smile. Jim, for his part, waved back and didn't notice, as the two of them stood in line, that he was twirling a bit of his hair in his fingers or standing at an angle towards James. Or, for that matter, how James had also angled himself so that his broad shoulders were in casual view of Jim. A few comments were made by some of the customers behind them but if either heard anything, neither cared really.

It was after making sure they were still on for jogging tonight that Jim turned and left the coffee store with his medium pumpkin spice latte (something Angela had turned him on to last year) and when he arrived at work, his assistant smiled at him. "Tis the season?"

"You know it," he replied with a cup salute before stepping into his office and closing the door behind him. "How the hell is this day going to end now..." he muttered before getting to work.
