Skeptically, but ultimately accepting.

All Might paced behind his desk after Izuku's explanation. "...so, you mean to tell me that you have two girls magically enslaved to you?" he said.

"Consensually," Ochaco stated firmly through her purrs, currently in catgirl form, her head in Izuku's lap as he pet her head. She had shifted to demonstrate Izuku's claims.

"Well, except for the initial genie transformation, but I got no complaints," Momo said, her legs currently replaced by her tail, having also done so to demonstrate what she was. As such, she was floating near the lamp, once again attached to it.

"...though it's not out of the question I would have just told you both to say that," Izuku added before All Might could say the same thing.

All Might glanced at Izuku, keeping his expression calm. He was giving Izuku the benefit of the doubt for the moment, he trusted his successor, but it would be the height of negligence to not do everything possible to confirm that no one's consent had been violated.

Funnily enough, this wasn't exactly the first time he had dealt with potential mind control based violations of free will. Or consensual mind control. There were plenty of Quirks out there that had the ability to do just that, after all, and quite frankly, no one ever expected Quirks to have no roles in people's sex lives after they came about. That was essentially a given.

He'd even once willingly paid a settlement to someone he had mistaken for a Villainess sexually assaulting a young man in an alley with mind controlling pheromones produced with her Quirk. Turned out they were dating, the activity was consensual, and All Might, having jumped to conclusions, had very embarrassedly but sincerely issued them an apology and payment for the honest mistake, and even talked the police into dropping the charges for public Quirk usage and indecency, turning said charges into a warning. Naturally, they were still probably miffed with him having arrested her, but the money given as an apology had smoothed things over. It was still a little embarrassing to think about though. A lesson early on in his career not to jump right into situations without enough details. To be fair though, it really had looked bad when he had happened upon them.

Still, the magic and genie stuff? That honestly was new. And Izuku was right to point out what he had been just about to ask, how could All Might exactly be sure Izuku hadn't just told them to say it was consensual? The couple had had some proof of it in the form of the pheromone's effects being proven to be temporary, and the man still insisting it was consensual after some time away from his girlfriend. This was obviously a bit harder to prove.

"Master, if I might interject, if you were going to cover up **** from us by just ordering us under your control to say it was consensual, why would you even tell All Might about this in the first place?" Momo pointed out. "Hell, if you really wanted him to know, it would have been easy to wish for him to believe you without any proof."

All Might blinked. That was honestly a really good point. The very fact he was still capable of doubting was proof of the integrity he was certain Izuku had. "True enough, but if you really want to confirm," Izuku nodded, pushing the lamp towards All Might, giving him explicit permission to hold it so the security spell wouldn't kick in. "While you have it, you'll be Momo's Master, and be able to ask her directly. Though I will be wanting it back," Izuku affirmed.

All Might didn't even need to think about it, pushing the lamp right back. "That won't be necessary, Young Midoriya. The very fact that you came to me with this and were even willing to trust me with the lamp is proof enough for me!" he laughed. "...I must say, this situation is... unconventional... But I see no harm in what you're doing, so long as you keep as you have been, and don't violate anyone's! And honestly, while one might think I doubt we could stop the lamp from just moving on elsewhere if we tried to keep it from someone to use it, and better you to have it than anyone else I can think of!"

Izuku sagged in relief. All Might wasn't judging, his only concern had been about potential harm he might be causing. "Well, that's a relief..."

"I thank you for trusting me with this, Young Midoriya!" All Might laughed. "To be honest, it certainly explains why Aizawa told me to keep an eye on you and Young Yaoyorozu after the Quirk Apprehension test!"

"Wait, he noticed something?" Izuku blinked along with Momo.

"Nothing major he acted on, just saw you talking to her and that she seemed to do something via a finger snap, but he had no idea what, given he had assumed you were asking her to make some kind of device or **** to assist you in the test, and was discreetly using his Quirk on her. I thought he was being ridiculous, but I suppose his instincts were correct, seeing as you did cheat a little somehow, hmm?" All Might asked. When Izuku paled, All Might laughed it off. "Relax, even if whatever you did would count as cheating, it's actually subtly encouraged to cheat here, within reasonable limits. After all, Heroes don't always have the luxury of "fighting fair."" He sat back down with a sigh, subtle wisps of steam wafting off of him. "...now, if that's all, I'd like to get back to this... Paperwork... Well, I wouldn't like to, it's more a matter of "should.""

"Actually, All Might, while we're sharing secrets..." Izuku started hesitantly.
