What do you do?
Sit back down.
You sit back in the upright medical bed. Your arms are crossed, hiding your stomach, when she tells you to give her your hand. When you hesitate, she says, "I am not going to do anything. Just give me your hand please."
Reluctantly, you hold it up. She grabs it firmly and lowers it to the side of the bed. You feel leather and hear metal clinking: the strap. You look down at it and panic.
"What are you doing?" you ask.
"Adjusting the procedure," she says. "Don't worry, now you will be able to move as much as you need to. This is good for you."
