Sisters: A Blessing or Curse
Jax followed Janice to a big meeting room at the edge of floor 16. It had one of those huge circular tables filled with seats, a gigantic black screen, and a coffee machine in the corner. Jax looked around and saw that room isn't filled with people like he thought, instead there were three people present in the room excluding himself and Janice. Jax turned to Janice and looked her dead in the eye as Janice looked backed with at Jax with a grimace on her face as she realizes that things are worse than she thought. Janice told me that she was going to talk to the supervisor about this and told me to talk to the members of the team that actually bothered to show up. Janice left the room as Jax observed the three other people in the room. The one on the far left can only be described as dazzling as her entire outfit is comprised of white clothing. She was wearing a long white dress with white heels, white gloves, and a white hat. This woman even had long white hair to match for some reason. Jax looked over to the other two women chatting on the other side of the table and saw a pair of identical twins with blonde hair and blue eyes. Jax weighed his options on talking to either the literal white girl or the pair of twins. Jax is interested in both options for one reason or another but Jax ended up going up to the twins. One of them gave Jax a big smile as he approached while the other looked at him with an annoyed expression.
“Hello I’m Jax, I’ll be one of the people working with you on this project.”
“My name is Ice, nice to meet you.”
“My name is Cream, what’s up?’
“You know what, I won’t ask.”
“That’s good because it was pretty obvious that it was a bad decision on our parents’ part.”
“I kind of like it.”
“Cream, that’s because your name sounds okay by itself. Mine sounds dumb by itself. I mean who calls someone Ice.”
“I’ve heard of worse names believe it or not.”
“You don’t have to lie to make me feel better, it's fine.”
“How about we talk about something else? Why are there only three people from your company in this room.”
“That’s an easy question. It's because no one here really takes their job seriously. Most of the people here get paid for simply showing up to work.”
“If that’s the case then why did you bother to show up for the new project.”
“I don’t mind doing the bare minimum of work because it would suck if I was the next one fired because I didn’t do anything.”
“There are some people like Ice who does the bare minimum and other people who do absolutely nothing and hope they don’t get caught. For myself, I like working but I don’t go out of my way to help out other people or make sure my work is the best possible.”
“I see, but if you feel that way then doesn’t it frustrate you that not a lot of people are putting in the effort you’re putting in?”
“It did at first but I’ve stopped caring about it after a certain point.”
“You’ve just got to let it go.”
Ice sighs and begins walking toward the coffee machine.
“Hey, I’m sure that this project will work out somehow. It always seems to in one way or another.”
“That doesn’t make me feel any better.”
“No more frowning, why don’t we talk about something else. My sister left so I promise to answer any questions you want now that you don’t have Ice glaring at you.”
“There have been a few questions on my mind. Do you share your senses with your twin?”
“Yep, it’s a little bothersome sometimes but it can be useful as well. One time I fell off my bike and hurt myself really bad and my sister immediately felt the same exact pain even though she was nowhere close to me. It helped them know that I wasn’t okay and to rush to find me. We have to be extra careful pretty much all the time since we share our senses. I remember this other time when I baked a cherry pie and my sister could smell the aroma even though she was out riding her bike.”
“Wow, I didn’t even think that sharing your senses would be a blessing and a curse wrapped together.”
“It's fine. Any other twin questions you want to ask?”
“Since you’re twins does that mean that you share everything with each other?”
“Yeah, my sister and I share everything just like you said. We share our clothes, our books, our problems, and more. Having a twin means that nothing is private anymore.”
Ice returns while drinking a fresh hot cup of coffee. Cream suddenly shifts in her seat.
“That’s too hot sis. You might want to wait a minute for that to cool down.”
“It’s fine.”
“It’s not fine, think about your poor sister as well.”
Ice rolls her eyes and takes another sip as Cream winces in pain.
“I also wanted to ask what was up with the personification of white itself sitting on the other side of this table.”
“Oh her, I’ve never seen her before in my life. She could be new, or she could be someone I just haven’t run into since I’ve started working here.”
Jax was going to keep talking to the twins when Janice came back into the room with a look of anger on her face. Jax walks over to Janice and comes to know that Janice couldn’t find the supervisor or the boss of the company no matter how hard she looked. The only thing she managed to find was a list of employees that were supposed to attend this meeting and project. Janice handed to list to me and told me that I’m in charge of this project.
“What the hell, Janice? You can’t drop this crap into my lap and expect me to do it?”
“Yeah, I can, cause I’m still your boss. You’re just going to have to track down the other members and get them to do your work. I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do to help.”
Janice leaves the room as Jax looks back at the three members here. At the very least, he’s not doing it today with these members. Jax decided to schedule a meeting a couple of days from now after he’s attempted to find all the members of his project and release everyone who bothered to show up. Jax decided to go home early for once and drove home.
Jax opened the door to the smell of chicken being cooked in the kitchen. Jax wondered if Julie got off early and was making dinner. Jax made his way to the kitchen to see Jessica cooking instead of Julie. Jax wondered if she was still mad about what happened before as Jessica started bending over. Jessica was leaning over trying to gather another pan from the cabinet and Jax could clearly see the gray booty shorts she was wearing cling to her like a second skin. Jax thought it looked nice but that it would leave a bigger impact if she had a bigger ass. Why was Jessica making food in booty shorts anyway? Jessica turned around and saw Jax enter the kitchen and smiled at his arrival.
“Hey Jax, I hope you don’t mind but I started making dinner using the ingredients lying around.”
“It smells really good; do you cook often?”
“Yeah, I always had to make my own food ever since I was young.”
“Wow, you must have tons of experience. Do you enjoy cooking?”
“Yes, it's fun trying out new recipes and making delicious food to enjoy.”
“Not to bring down the mood but I’m sorry about what I said before and hope you could forgive me.”
“Oh, you don’t have to worry about it. What you said wasn’t wrong, so I don’t really have much room to argue. I did struggle in school and had to have the female tutors help me, not to mention the fact that nobody actually cares about me anyway. I can tell that you care though since you actually apologized and gave me a gift. No one’s ever done that to me before so I’m really grateful.”
Jax stopped for a second and thought about what he said to Jessica. The facts she’s stating about herself are all the yes or no questions that he asked her when he was upset at her. For a second, Jax was happy about having his powers back but also wondered how many other lives he accidentally changed with his questions. Jax was lost in thought for a second when Jessica walked up to him and kissed him on the lips. Jax was taken aback by the sudden kiss as Jessica wraps her arms around Jax and brings him in for a hug.
“You’re the only person who’s ever been nice to me so you must be my soulmate. We were meant to be together, so please dump my sister and be with me instead. I would give you everything I had if you did.”
Jax looked at Jessica to see the young woman now miserable and **** for his love. Jax wasn’t planning on this happening when he said all those things to her but he couldn’t say it didn’t make him feel good to knock her down a peg. Now that he had his powers again, he could manipulate reality as he saw fit. Jax looked down at Jessica and thought that while her love for him is good, her monopoly on him isn’t.
“Jessica, you want me to have a harem, right?”
“I do, you deserve one. I just want to be a part of it.”
“Don’t worry you are. You love everyone that’s a part of my harem, right?”
“Yes, I do.”
“Also, you have bigger breasts than your sister, right?”
Before Jessica could even answer her chest ballooned out and was easily much bigger than Julie’s boobs.
“Of course, it’s the one thing I have over my sister.”
“Well Jessica, I didn’t say it yet but let’s make it official. I want you to be a member of my harem. Do you accept?”
“Yes, thank you. I’ll do my best to live up to your expectations.”
Jax started groping Jessica’s new soft boobs through the t-shirt as he thought about what to do next.
