Sin Queen

Sin Queen was not one of the most dangerous villains in the world. She would hardly be a threat to a hero the likes of Superman...or even Powergirl. Her one ability was to form sorts of contracts with others. If the other person knowingly consented, it gave her the ability to draw strength and vitality from them as though they were her batteries. Once more, a person under contract would find themselves susceptible to her will. To a contract bound subject, an order from Sin Queen would be like a judgement from the heavens. Only possible to resist with great willpower.

But, such a powerset was nearly useless under normal circumstances. That her powers demanded informed submission to her will meant she could not trick someone into agreement, compel them with a threat of ****, or **** them. It might have been entirely possible for her to go her entire life without ever having a single subject.

Sin Queen had a plan though. She was tall and beautiful with a wicked edge. Her predatory gaze sought out the weak willed and ****, all girls to fill her lesbian apatites. Her modus operandi was finding their weaknesses and using them to wrap them around her thumb. Once a girl signed the contract of submission, she gave them a restrictive gimp suit to take away their identity and inducted her into her growing harem of submissive minions.

She never grew too strong this way. Drawing energy from a single human batterydoll was never enough to make her truly powerful. But, with a growing harem and growing powers, she did embark on a career of crime.
