Simulated urban area

That kitty looks like he belongs in a city. At least, that is what you think seeing his lithe body.

So, a city would be a good place for him. A simulated city, that is surprisingly similar to the fallen city that his family once ruled over. Perhaps he will find the area to be quite familiar.

With a press of a few buttons, the prince in stasis is send to the simulated city of Thundera, an entire block simulating a part of the fallen city as it was on its glory days. Lion-o drops into the empty paved street, and you watch through the screen as the young prince slowly comes to his senses, and find himself in an eerily familiar place.

Now, you just need to decide what little friends send to play with him.
