Showtime!

Without any further information James was led through a door into a much larger room where he could hear murmuring and light chatter then onto a stage that contained nothing but a single, simple wooden chair which James was ushered to sit on. As he did so he realised he was facing a crowd of maybe fifty people, all of whom seemed to be giving him their undivided attention. All age groups (except those under eighteen) and both genders were well represented within the crowd. One thing that most of these people had in common though was an appearance of affluence. James guessed Amy would be paid well for these shows. Oddly, he started to wish he had dressed a little less casually in the midst of everything else happening to him.

Cassie stepped forward and turned to James "You will now go into trance. You will hear everything I have to say but won't be able to respond. Do you understand?"

"I understand" James confirmed before he realised he could say no more. He just sat in place helplessly while Amy stepped forward and began her spiel. You could have heard the sound of a pin drop.

"Ladies and gentleman, this is James MacDougall who will be our subject for this evening. James is what I would refer to as a Hypersuggestible. In fact, in my experience James is the most suggestible subject I have ever worked with by some distance. And he is all yours for the evening"

There was an excited murmur around the room, which quickly stopped with impatient shushing from other members of the audience. They wanted to hear what Amy had to say next.

"My hypnotic suggestions on James tonight will be extremely powerful. Anything humanly possible that you want James to do, I will make him do. Anything you wish to happen to James, even the impossible, I can make him believe and experience completely. You will see James act out the scenario on this stage but in his mind it will be inseparable from reality. There are only two rules. James cannot be made to do anything to harm himself. James cannot be made to do anything to harm anyone else. Everything else is allowed. Everything"

Again there was an excited murmur about the rule. Again this was followed by more impatient hushing.

"Audience participation is not only allowed but encouraged. You may even give the hypnotic suggestion to James yourself if you wish. I would politely ask that you switch your phones off for the entirety of the show . What happens in this room tonight stays within these four walls. This event is being filmed and a link to the video will be sent to you all. Remember, this video will be for your eyes only. Sharing it may threaten the very future of these kind of events. I know you all understand and respect that, but I thought it was worth reiterating."

James was sat listening to all this wondering what exactly it was that these people wanted to make him do or experience that required that sort of warning.

"Requests will be made by raised hands and I will try to get through as many of your requests as I can. Even for those of you who do not see your request fulfilled to night, I am certain you will enjoy what you see. Tonight is a night where fantasy meets reality as we experience the forbidden thrill of having someone completely and utterly under our control. I know you can't wait to begin so I will stop talking and start taking request. Who would like to go first?"
