You walked back into your house kind of in a fog and flinched when you heard Amy say your name.

"You feel better?" asked Amy, "now that you got that out of your system?"

"What?" you started.

"Everyone heard Dave," she said putting a hand on your cheek.

"She wants to see the whole place," you said, "and she wants everyone to join."

"Ok," said Amy, "I'll get Sara, Nyx is in the other room eavesdropping."

"No I'm not," came Nyx' voice.

You gave her a look, "Kylie," she said, "we hung out and she was in this tight top."

"I knew it," said Nyx as she followed you out onto the porch.

As you waited for Amy and Sara Kylie walked over having found her clothes.

Nyx blushed and made a noise that might have resembled a "hey."

Amy and Sar joined a moment later, Sara still clinging to Amy and keeping Amy between the two of you. You led them down to the animal enclosures keeping everyone outside the fence so there were no more poop incidents. You walked through the other buildings and past all the other houses finishing as the edge of a cliff face that showed off a small creek and valley below.

"Cold aside," said Kylie, "it's perfect."

"Dave worked really hard on it," said Amy shrugging away from Sara to stand at your side.

"I can tell," said Kylie giving you a smile which only made Amy take your hand and cling to you, "Anna would love it."

"So," said Amy, "you'll help us?"

"Of course," said Kylie, "you and Nyx are sweet, Sara, well we'll get to know each other."

"So when do you move in?" asked Nyx surprising you and Amy, "I mean, if that was the plan, if Dave is ok with it," she saw the looks on yours and Amy's faces, "I have to go make sure I left the toaster on."

She ran away and Sara darted after her.

"I wasn't planning to stay," said Kylie as you felt Amy relax, "but," Amy tensed again, "at least for a little bit it would be nice. It would help me get to know you all better and, it really is what Anna described. Plus I have patients all over the country that could use a place like this."

"Well I mean," said Amy, "if you're helping people and it would help us do a better job here."

Kylie went back to her house and as you returned home Amy dragged you into your room and threw you down on the bed, she climbed on top of your pressing her lips to yours but it felt wrong, it didn't feel like she wanted it, it felt like she was doing it to do it.

She left the room slamming the door in your face. You didn't want to stay in your room but you gathered Amy needed her space. As you opened the door wearing your emotion on your face Sara saw you. She flinched at first but as she saw the hurt in your eyes she walked over.

"You don't look like him," she said looking you in the eyes, "I don't think he knows how to feel."

You weren't sure how to respond to that.

"Do you want some tea?" she asked.

"Yeah," you said, "please."

A short time later you sat in the living room watching some sort of chibi animation with Sara whi was burritoed in a blanket holding her tea.

"Amy has been feeling really dysphoric lately," said Sara, "about her body, I think since she saw Nicki again."

"I hadn't noticed," you admitted.

"It's not your fault," said Sara, "Nicki is like a fucking supermodel. I think the doctor out there and her past with you only exacerbated it."

Sara was pretty buried under blankets but you think she shrugged.

"When I feel like that I post nudes and financially dominate men on the internet."

You weren't sure how to respond to that.

She air dropped you a link full of her in various outfits you assumed were cosplays of anime you hadnt seen. Some were partially naked, some were very graphic.

"Yea," said Sara as she watched you scroll, "I'm pretty hot."

Amy returned some time later, Sara had fallen asleep leaving the TV screaming Japanese at you.

"Ames," you said getting to your feet as you saw her.

She hugged you but it was loose and she just kind of leaned into you.

"I was talking to Kylie," she said, "doctor Paige I mean."

"She made some really good points about me," said Amy, "I think we just need some space."

"Ames," you said as she took a step back, "I do love you Dave, but I think I put too much of my happiness on you, I need to learn to be happy for me."

"I'm going to move into one of the other houses then," you said.

Amy nodded, "but," she took your hand, "join me, for meals."

"Of course, whatever you want."

You moved into the house next to Nyx. It was cold, the heat not being on very high but you really did notice. You sat on one of the beds scrolling through Amy's social media.

"Wallowing isn't good," you told yourself out loud.

You got a DM.

"All alone?" asked Sara, "I understand why Amy wanted it but I know you're probably very sad."

"Yeah," you messaged back, "that's one word for it."
