Callum and I shuffle into homeroom before the morning last call signal. We take our seats only to have to stand once more for the national anthem.I swear I can feel Callum’s eyes on my back the whole time I stand there, just as the anthem finishes Callum cries out

“Lookout Amy!” Too late for me to do anything, I felt something wet run down my hair, soaking my shoulders and the front of my t-shirt. Whatever it was was turning my t-shirt transparent and of course today was the day I decided to go braless. As Miss Morrison cries out I sense movement behind me, then a blue jean jacket is wrapped around me. “What is your fucking problem bitch?” Callum came to my rescue. “Mr. Tremaine I can overlook the disruption earlier but that just earned you a trip to the principal’s office” Miss Morrison calls out as Callum leads me out into the hall to my locker

“Amy do you have something to change into?” just shaking my head, drops of whatever it was flinging all over the wall, the locker doors and Callum’s face. Undoing his locker Callum digs out a dry t-shirt and a towel, “Here!” passing both to me.

Able to speak again “I’ll return them when I’ve washed them!” he tells me not to worry about washing them as he walks with me to the washroom. Waiting outside while I towel off, when I come out I return his jean jacket to him as the guys he hit walks by.

“Hey Glover I’m sorry for what I said!” sneering at Callum as he passby. “See you in the principal’s office!” Neither of us respond to him

“Callum you’re in trouble for helping me!” telling me it was only a matter of time before he responded to some asshole so I shouldn’t worry about it!

“I better get to the principal’s office before they sent a party to collect me!” turning taking a step away then returning to me, kissing me on the lips “At least this time i had good reason to swing!” leaning in close to whisper “He’s right you do have nice tits Amy Glover!” leaving me in the hallway outside the washroom blushing!

The rest of the morning passes away without incident. I only see Callum for about a minute as he was at his locker at the beginning of his lunch period as mine was ending

“Walk home with you tonight Callum?”

“Can’t got two nights of detention!” before I could say anything “So have been a suspension by McGee took into account that I was defending the honour of a lady, that an Jim said he provoked me with his comment”

“That’s no problem I can wait around in the library until after detention and we can walk home then!

‘It’s a date Amy!” I’m thrilled that Callum took my offer, now if only fate would intervene and make the time fly by!
