Shower (Esme's POV)

"Seeing as I brought everything, you get to clean up. I'm gonna take a shower."

The curse is directly tied to how aroused you are. And from the way Maddie is acting, let alone how wet her panties were, she is pretty aroused. I bet she wants to take care of that.

"Fair enough. A shower does sound nice actually, I might join take one myself after I put in the laundry too."

Esme had already noticed that the hot water ran out quick in the building. And using more warm water at the same time would only speed it up. As Maddie left for her shower, Esme quickly cleaned up. Then she took a load of dirty clothes to the washing machines. She didn't really have that much, but decided to split it into both machines and turned them on at the same time. That should do it. Now I just have to buy time.

She made her way over to the showers and swung open the door.

"Stop touching yourself, I'm coming in!"

A deafening silence held the room in it's grasp.

"Maddie?"
"Yeah?"
"Were you actually?"
"No."
"You sure?"
"Of course I'm sure. Why are you here?"
"To take a shower? Like I told you?"
"Right..."

Maddie had done a decent job hiding it, but her voice sounded just a little off. Just a little guilty. Not that she had anything to feel guilty for, it was Esme trying to take advantage of the situation.

Just being in the room would probably be enough to stop Maddie, but talking to her would 100% do it. First thing she saw was her soap. That's a start.

"Do you have soap and stuff?"
"No, I'll have to buy that too."
"Maybe we should make a list. Catch."

Tossing over the three bottles, she tried too find something else to talk about. Maddie seemed to be taking some time to actually wash herself, but who knows how long that would last. And the water showed no sign of cooling down yet.

Time to pull out the big guns. She had been meaning to say it anyway.

"I hope this whole curse thing doesn't ruin your start at college. I was pretty excited for it. I am sorry about this you know, and I don't want it to come between us."

"Well it definitely ruined the first day." Maddie paused for a second. "Right now I'm just hoping this all goes away by tomorrow, I don't really want to think about a future like this yet."

"That makes sense. Again I'm really sorry."

"Look. I'm obviously not happy about it, and it is kinda on you and I can't help but blame you at least somewhat. But it's not like I hate you. You seem nice, you didn't do it on purpose and you're trying to help solve it. Let's just focus on that and we can deal with the rest when this is all behind us."

Esme was glad to hear it. Would be a shame to spend the next year living with someone who hated her from day one. But Maddie seemed willing to move passed it, assuming they could fix the curse at least.

Finally she noticed the water temperature dropping, wouldn't be long before it would be fully cold.

"That's fair. I'm glad we could talk about it. Think I'm gonna head back and get some rest."

Maddie would probably go back to masturbating once she left, so she took her time drying off. Hopefully Maddie wasn't a fan of cold showers.

"Esme? The water is getting colder."

"Oh yeah, that happens. I think the water heater is just old, it runs out of hot water pretty fast. Especially with two showers and two washing machines running at the same time. Gets surprisingly cold too, for this time of year."

She heard Maddie's shower stop too. Yes!

"Damn, think that'll get fixed?"

"Doubt it, but we could make a complaint if you want."

Maddie decided to wait for her roommate, pretending to look busy at a mirror.

"Maybe later." As Maddie exited the stall Esme could tell she was indeed still aroused. Tomorrow would be a fun day. "Ready?"

"Yeah."

They went back to their room and turned in for the night. Maddie annoyed, Esme happy. Both trying to ignore the feelings between their legs.
