Chapter 9 by Zeebop Zeebop

What can Lois Lane do?

Shove A Garbage Bin Against The Field

The reporter reached down and grabbed another empty bottle from the ground. Her eye sought out the line between shifting space that represented the **** field and clear air without distortion. With her eye fixed on that invisible line she reached back and pitched the bottle up...over...and it came down with a crash on the other side of the barrier.

The reporter allowed herself a little smile. If she couldn't go through the **** field, she might at least be able to go over it.

Of course, it didn't help that the walls of the buildings at this part of the alley were smooth concrete rather than brick—and too far apart for her to climb up between them. The steel garbage bin, however, was about the right height that if she pushed it up against the barrier she might be able to jump over the **** field...

Her chest itched as Lois Lane planned. The once smooth circle had begun to grow irregular around the edges, becoming more pointed as whatever was working on her moved down past her sternum, a burning line headed toward her navel, leaving a silvery thread behind.

It weighed on the reporter's mind, but it also motivated her to get out of this trap, to get help.

"I want my tits back," Lois murmured to herself as she put her shoulder to the garbage bin.

It was solid steel, and probably weighed as much empty as a small car; but it was on rollers, and these moved well enough as Lois sweated and strained, inching the heavy thing into position for her leap of faith. She gasped and sweated, despite the cool night air, feeling as she did whenever she did her usual exercise routine while sick. Fever burned through her body, her muscles ached unnaturally...and her mechanical mammaries, the warm metal lumps on her chest had begun to throb. Lois wasn't sure how it was possible, but she could still feel something...and worse, the erect metal nipples seemed super sensitive, even the lightest brush against her arm brought an unexpected moan from the reporter's lips, and she had to pause and bite her lip until the fit passed.

Yet she noticed with satisfaction that, after several minutes of furious effort, the bin was now pressed up smack against the barrier, which shimmered and burned where the metal touched it, solid as a brick wall.

Letting out a hot breath that steamed in the air and grasping the top of the bin, Lois Lane pulled herself up...

...which is when the drones, who had been monitoring her escape attempt, acted.

What do the drones do?
