I watched as Ruby yanked on the lever and set the machine rolling, quickly coming to a stop as it revealed a watermelon a blueberry and a cherry

''So, what does that mean?'' I asked her, hoping she had been paying more attention than me during while the couple had been here.

To my surprise it was Ruby who pulled away, placing a finger against his lips ''There, now me and my friend need to finish something, but remind me to come looking for you later'' she finished by giving him a peck on the cheek.

''Yes, ma'am. Thank you ma'am!'' He said, straightening out his uniform and walking away. Rubys discarded clothes draped over his serving tray.

Ruby fist bumped the air and turned to me with the widest smile, and I finally noticed that her whole face seemed just slightly different, her eyes a little bigger, lips poutier, cheeckbones a tad sharper ''Did you see that? I swear this whole place is a playground, we need to check out the restaurant area, who knows what they've done with that place, I mean the machines are great...''

''After we find Kristen'' I interrupted her, with a flat tone

She huffed and her whole body slumped for a moment before glancing at the machines again and smiling.

''After you take your turn'' She said, smiling up at me again.

''She can wait, now sit'' Ruby said, patting the seat of the stool.

I closed my eyes and took a breath, the last thing I needed was to run around looking for Kristen, naked and at a height of 5ft nothing, but, knowing Ruby it would be easier than the alternative.

Sighing I sat on the stool, reaching forwards and pulling the lever. Watching the reels spin for a moment before getting an idea
