Shopping with your honorary mother

Leaving the plastic surgeon behind, Carla and May headed over in the direction of the shops. More specifically, the clothing shops.

A relatively small collection for a town of Petalburg, it got the job done all the same.

"Do you have an idea of what you want?" May inquired and Carla shrugged. While she had a general idea of where she wanted to go in this case, that didn't make it any easier.

"If I see something I want, I'll tell you." Carla answered, watching a smile form on May's face. Picking up the pace, their first stop came into view. More of a general clothing store, it would suit their needs all the same.

Stepping inside, Carla took the time to examine all the offerings. Eventually finding her way over to a dress, she was reminded of Caroline's. Pulling it off the rack, she held it up for May to see.

"What do you think?" Carla announced, watching May's gaze get drawn in. Giving a nod right after, a smile formed on Carla's face. That was all she needed to see here.

What followed, was the wannabe mother going around and grabbing a couple copies for good measure. She had to look her best, after all. Especially when paired with a variety of shoes. A mix of heels, sandals and flats, wouldn't want to be caught off-guard in any situation.

"Anything else that you can think of here?" May inquired and Carla shook her head.
