Shopping spree

Alyssa followed Allistar to the shopping district. She kept silent on the way, due to being gagged. Although she did still marvel at how well he was able to navigate. Occasionally Allistar would bump into another guest who didn't move out of the way, upon which he would apologize politely and then continue.

The journey to the shopping district took the two of them through the native bush and out the other end, past a group of swim up bars laid out in connected rivers. Alyssa had a glance as she walked past, and saw two young girls, one with brown hair and blindfolded, having a drink. They looked as if they were enjoying themselves. Good for them, Alyssa thought.

Alyssa and Allistar crossed a wide bridge that took the two of them to the next island along. There were a few people paddle-boarding in the river below the bridge, most of whom were locked to their paddle-boards. Alyssa made a mental note to check that out.

There was also something very erotic to Alyssa about walking about casually with a gag strapped around her. It made her slightly wet downstairs. She might have to stop and relieve herself soon. But if she did, Allistar wouldn't be able to see that she had stopped, and she wouldn't be able to tell him. So she soldiered on for now.

A minute or so later, Alyssa and Allistar arrived at the shopping district. It was smaller than Alyssa expected, with only a few shops laid out around a courtyard.

"I- a i awl," Alyssa voiced.

"Well it's perfectly serviceable," Allistar replied. "You will find everything you wish to buy in one of these stores."

Alyssa looked around. There were a handful of people flitting about the plaza, trying on restraints, swimwear, of swimming gear. There was what appeared to be a mother and daughter helping each other into matching straitjackets. A man was standing nearby, getting a member of staff to put an armbinder on him.

Alyssa knew she had to buy something. But she had a question first. "A-i-ar, i- eye a eye o a-i e-an e eye an, eye u eye ave uy on?"

"Why do you have to buy restraints if you can just go up to a counter and borrow some? Well these one are higher quality. There is a status hierarchy that has developed amongst the guests here. The ones that are wearing the highest number of expensive restraints are given special attention by the other guests. What a guest wears underneath their restraints also has a lot of weighting on that respect as well. Although it does work the same way. Women who are topless or naked will be treated with a lot more respect than ones who are fully clothed. In fact, being fully clothed around here is almost seen as an insult, which is why we ask the guests to mainly bring swimming attire rather than normal clothes."

That was a rather long-winded explanation, Alyssa thought, but a necessary one. It bothered her that there was a social pecking order based on capitalism around here, but for once she didn't want her name to be plastered everywhere, so it would be easier to keep a low profile.

Alyssa looked to her left, where the swimwear shop was, and then to her right, where the restraint shop was. She knew she wanted to visit both of them, but the question was which one she wanted to visit first.
