She was just only a head

You picked up the disembodied head carefully as you got a good look at her face. The girl had no make up on and her face was riddled with fear. She looked down and was scared over her lack of a body. It was strange as there was no blood or cuts while the head was clearly alive and talking. Under her neck, it was just a patch of skin. The head then looked at you and saw how you had her body.

"It's not what it looks like. I just woke up like this." you said.

"I assume some person knocked you out too?" the girl asked.

"Yeah." you said.

"I assumed that person had your body too." the girl said. "Oh. My name is Shiori. We're going to be together for a while if we're gonna restore ourselves."

"Right." you said.

"We should find a place to hide out." Shiori said. "We really stand out."
