She tries to confiscate the phone

One of Rosewood’s most annoying (and often broken) rules was the prohibited use of cellphones in any of their classrooms. Most students and teachers just minded their own business and tried not to make it obvious, but now that Derek’s device surely had evidence of Miss Vicksen in a compromised state, she was determined to have it confiscated at all costs.
