She starts to make out with him.

Luffy snapped his fingers again, and her eyes widened, before she started to walk up to him, and knelt as he was sitting up, wrapping her arms around his neck, and staring into his eyes. "Hey Kaya, what are you doing?" he asked, quirking an eyebrow.

"I just... I feel I need to..." she got no further before her face shot forward, and her lips pressed against his.

His eyes widened, before he grinned into the kiss. Well, that was a pretty nice start. He wrapped his hands around her waist as he returned the kiss, both of them moaning into it all the while. Kaya opened her mouth, and he took the invitation to slip his tongue into it.

Eventually though, they broke the kiss, both of them panting, Kaya a bit hot and heavy. "Wow..." she murmured.

"Yeah, that was amazing," Luffy grinned. "You wanna do that again?"

"...sure," she smiled demurely, but thanks to the effect of the Note, she felt alright with doing something she had already been compelled to do under the effects of a snap, and she quickly leaned forward and laid another kiss on him. They continued to make out like this for several minutes as Luffy contemplated giving another snap of the fingers.
