Chapter 10
by goodson
What does Amanda do?
She shouldn't but she agrees
"I don't care. I need to see you. Meet me in the garage in 10 minutes."
Amanda's heart pounded as she tried to process his words, torn between her desire and her responsibilities. Amanda's mind raced as she stared at Seth's demanding message, the weight of her conflicting desires bearing down upon her. She knew she should refuse, focus on her children, but the memory of Seth's touch was seared into her skin, igniting a hunger she couldn't ignore. With shaking hands, she typed a response: "I can't. They're here. Please, not now."
She quickly tucked the phone away and scooped the ice cream into bowls, her movements jerky and distracted. As she carried the treats upstairs, Amanda's phone buzzed again. She glanced at the screen, seeing Seth's name, and opened the message with trembling fingers. "Your husband is out of town. Meet me now, or I'll come inside and take you in front of them." Amanda's blood ran cold at the ultimatum, her heart pounding in her chest. She stood frozen in the hallway, torn between her duty as a mother and her overwhelming desire for Seth. Amanda's fingers hovered over the phone screen, torn between her growing arousal and the knowledge that her children were mere feet away. Seth's ultimatum hung heavy in the air, daring her to defy him and risk the consequences. She closed her eyes, a shudder running through her body as she recalled the intensity of their previous encounters. The memory of his hands on her skin, his mouth claiming hers, sent a jolt of pure need straight to her core.
With a trembling hand, Amanda typed out a response: "Fine. 5 minutes. In the garage." She hit send before she could change her mind, her heart hammering wildly against her ribcage. Amanda's fingers were still hovering over the phone as it buzzed again. She opened the message, her face flushing as she read Seth's reply: "Good girl. Don't keep me waiting." The words hung in the air, their intimacy seeming to reach out and caress her skin. Amanda's body responded to Seth's dominant words, her muscles tensing as she fought to control her reaction.
She quickly finished distributing the ice cream to her children, her hands unsteady as she set down the bowls. "Mommy needs to check on something in the garage," she said, her words coming out slightly higher than usual. "I'll be right back." Martin looked up at her, his brow furrowed. "But Mom, you just came from the garage."
Amanda froze, realizing the foolishness of her statement. "I... I forgot something," she stammered, cursing herself for the obvious lie. Abigail's eyes narrowed suspiciously, but Amanda was already backing away, **** to escape the scrutiny of her children.
"Don’t take long, Mommy," Martin told her, his tone stern. Amanda nodded jerkily, her mind already racing ahead to what awaited her in the garage. She turned and fled, her heart pounding in her ears as she hurried down the hallway and out the back door. Amanda's pulse raced as she stepped into the dimly lit garage, the heavy wooden door clicking shut behind her with an air of finality. She stood still for a moment, her breath coming in shallow gasps as she waited for Seth to make his presence known. The air was thick with tension, the only sound the distant hum of the refrigerator from the house.
Where's Seth?
