She retreats back home

Hannah ran back as fast as she could until she reached the smaller park in view of the appartement block. Part of her wanted to just keep going. What did it matter if a few more people saw her? Everyone in town was going to see the pictures and videos anyway. But she just couldn't take any more embarrassement this night. Instead, she opted for a painful dash through the foiliage, followed by an awkward climb over the chainlink fence into her backyard.

Once finally inside, it must have taken her an hour to finally gather her wits. What had she done? Everyone in town would think her to be some deviant, and really, she was. After summer, she was scheduled to take an internship abroad. There, hopefully nobody would know her. But until then, she had to survive the rest of summer living this humiliating nightmare.

Indeed, the next few days her pictures and videos were all over. Hannah ignored all the calls and messages she got from her friends, and spent the remainder of her holiday living like a hermit. Eventually, she could almost get off purely on the thought of her degrading experience. Awful as it had been, it seemed to have awakened something in her.
