She needs them after an injury

Yang Xiao Long was once one of the strongest students at Beacon Academy who was always up to party, but towards the end of her freshman year, everything went to hell. After a few days of unconsciousness, Yang finally came to in her own bed. Before she coukd question what happened, she screamed in horror at the loss of her arm and tried to get out of bed in her panic. Because she was still injured, she couldn't get far, so she fell to the floor, revealing that instead of wearing her usual panties, she was wearing a wet diaper.
