She needs a test subject

Stella decides that the collar is a little much to play with... by herself, that is. She has a few ideas in mind. Shes tries to take the collar off. "Wait, w-why won't this thing come off?!" She exclaims, beginning to panic. She then remembered that the collar needs permission from the 'owner', in this case herself, to be taken off. "Um, you can take off the collar now?" she tells her reflection. She tried again, this time with success. Now that that was out of the picture, all that was left was to find someone else to use it on.
