Amanda barely made it to the second floor. Her body, while terrific looking, was maintained through good genetics rather than any effort from Amanda and the two-story climb in high heels was killing her feet by the time she emerged from the staircase.
"Ow," she whined, pulling off a heel to massage that foot. Unfortunately this just put her weight on the other, and she looked around for a place to sit and recover. Maybe she could rest in Ross' room.
So thinking she limped toward the elevator, punched the up button and leaned against the wall with a groan until the door pinged and opened.
"Thank God, I'd give anything to get off my feet," she said as she stepped in, only to realize that she wasn't alone.
