Lily looks through the window, the familiar view now tinged with the strange new reality she's trying to process. The first thing she notices is a couple walking by. The man is wearing jeans that show a slight diaper bulge, barely noticeable unless you know what to look for. But the woman is wearing a crop top and nothing else below, proudly showing off her diaper, which is covered in Pokémon characters. Lily can't help but smile at the sight. It makes sense that there would be branded diapers like this. After all, people want to express their personalities in any way they can.

Her attention shifts to a bus passing by. It catches her eye because of the large ad plastered on its side. The ad features a professional-looking businesswoman, confidently posing in a very thick diaper. The bold letters above her read, "Ultra Capacity Diapers – Lasting Through Your Longest Workdays!" The woman's expression is one of pride and comfort, as if wearing such a diaper is a badge of honor.

Lily takes another sip of her latte, her mind swirling with thoughts. She’s always been adaptable, but this world is something else entirely. Lily looks out of the window some more, and next she sees a huge stroller, too big for any child. Inside the stroller is a woman, around 30, her hair in pigtails, and her diaper on display. The man pushing the stroller is about the same age as the woman in it, but he is dressed "normally"—at least, what would be considered normal in Lily's old world, except, of course, for the diaper bulge. The woman sucks contentedly on her pacifier as her partner pushes her down the street.

Lily watches, captivated by the sight. She can't help but wonder what it feels like to be that woman, so openly embraced and cared for. The woman's eyes are half-closed, a peaceful look on her face as she enjoys the ride. People around them don't seem to give the scene a second glance, showing just how commonplace such sights are in this world.

Lily shakes her head, trying to focus on something else, but the image of the couple lingers in her mind. She imagines herself in the stroller, the world around her shifting to accommodate this new reality. In her vision, she feels the soft, padded seat beneath her and the gentle rocking motion as she's pushed along. The security and warmth of the diaper is soothing, a comforting reminder that she doesn’t have to worry about anything.

Then, the image shifts. This time, it's Sarah in the stroller, with Lily pushing her. She sees Sarah’s face light up with pure, innocent joy as she sucks on her pacifier, looking up at Lily with trust and love. The feeling of being the caregiver, the one who provides that sense of safety and happiness, fills Lily with a deep sense of satisfaction.

Lily’s heart races as she imagines the possibilities, feeling torn between these two roles. Could she really be either one? The thought is both thrilling and daunting, but as she takes another sip of her latte, she can't deny the excitement bubbling up inside her.
