as a caregiver

Lily stands up and makes her way back to the counter, her heart thumping with anticipation. As Sarah finishes with another customer, Lily steps up, a playful smirk on her lips.

"Hey again, Lily! Did you need something else?" Sarah asks cheerfully.

Lily leans on the counter, her voice dropping to a gentle, teasing tone. "Actually, Sarah, I wanted to talk to you about something. I couldn't help but notice how cute you look in your little diaper."

Sarah blushes, a shy smile playing on her lips. "Oh, um, thanks."

Lily tilts her head, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "And I couldn't help but wonder if maybe you need a bit of help with those soggy pampers of yours. How are you holding up, sweetie?"

Sarah's blush deepens, and she looks down, clearly flustered. "I'm fine, really."

Lily reaches out, gently lifting Sarah's chin to meet her gaze. "Are you sure about that? Because I think someone could use a nice, fresh change. How about we meet after your shift and we can talk more about it?"

Sarah bites her lip, her eyes filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness. "That sounds... nice."

Lily's smile grows, her voice soft and commanding. "Good girl. Meet me back here at three. I want you to bring one of those cute unicorn diapers I know you have. Understood?"

Sarah nods, her cheeks bright red. "Yes, Lily."

Lily winks at her. "Perfect. I'll see you then."
